American Dial is an independent company not affiliated with any watch manufacturer or distributor. Rolex is a registered trademark of Rolex watch USA and Rolex International. Application of custom accessories such as custom dials and/or bezel will void the manufacturer original warrantee and would prevent Rolex Factory service. Rolex prohibits their authorized dealers from selling online and discounting from Rolex mandated retail prices.
Orders are processed from Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time (USA). Our customer service associates are available to answer your questions, during that time. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received and cleared. After the customer's payment clears all purchased items are normally shipped within 24-48 hours. We accept PayPal Payments only. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay using your credit card through our PayPal service for an additional fee. Additional fees are listed and are solely the responsibility of the customer. ALL PAYPAL PAYMENTS FROM ACCOUNTS WITH AN UNCONFIRMED ADDRESS WILL BE DENIED.
After the payment is cleared, the item will be shipped. All items are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. (If you will not be able to sign for the item please call or e-mail us as soon as possible and provide us with the full name of a recipient whom you trust). International buyers are responsible for all applicable customs charges, taxes, and shipping & handling fees associated with their purchase. A phone number is required for all shipments.
Please contact us first via email or phone if you wish to send your item back for return. Returns must be sent back to American Dial within 7 days of confirmed signed receipt of delivery to receive a refund, or exchange. A refund or exchange will only be possible if the item has NOT already been applied to a watch, or altered from its original condition in any way, including fingerprints, and/or scratches. If dial is returned damaged in any way, our $100 cleaning/refinishing fee will be deducted from any refund to the customer. The shipping cost is not refundable. The buyer is also responsible for return customs and shipping & handling fees (none are refundable). The customers who used PayPal to make their purchase will be refunded via their PayPal account. Domestic and international customers who pay directly via credit card will have their refund credited to their credit card account. Please ship via a reliable and traceable courier such as FedEx / UPS. If you ship via the U.S. Postal Service please wait patiently as delivery may take longer. For your protection you should insure your item for its purchase price. Please schedule the delivery of the item between the hours of 10:00 am and 5:00 pm Central Standard Time (USA) and e-mail us the tracking number so the Claims Department can process the refund/exchange.
